Unique, high volume caterer looking for a qualified sous chef to join our culinary team. We cook from scratch here, no opening bags. This position requires a skilled chef to prepare sauces, marinades, rubs, and appealing plate presentations. We are looking for a chef who produces quality every time.

The candidate we seek is professional and calm, yet knows how to step up and step in to get the job done. They are quick but accurate; follow direction and recipes. We seek someone who wants a home for many years, not just a stepping stone for the next 12 months. Great learning environment as we do a large variety of food styles. Our kitchen is large volume and high speed. Gourmet food is prepared daily, as are basic banquet food menus.

We require the following skills and qualifications:
** Minimum 5 years professional cooking experience
** Positive managerial skills
** Strong and precise organizational skills
** Must be professional, courteous and patient
** Experience in banquet and line cooking environments
** Basic to extensive culinary knowledge including sauces and procedures
** Able to follow directions, read kitchen specs, interpret recipes
** Produce excellent quality food that looks as wonderful as it tastes
** Gourmet food experience highly desired, but not necessary
** Ability to manage, delegate to, and train a large staff
** Must be able to work a flexible schedule to give chef time off and accommodate bookings. Weekends are a must!

Part time positions open. We have weekdays, weekends and evening positions that are part time. Work it in around your "day job." Catering Staff duties include delivering orders to corporate and social clients, setting up buffets and sometimes servicing the event. Weekend catering staff usually pick up shifts for picnics or weddings that are booked. If you are looking for a fun part-time job, where the schedule is posted in advance giving you an opportunity to bid on shifts you are interested in, this is the position for you. Experience preferred, but we will train someone who appears qualified and has the right attitude. Must have excellent driving record.

Part time on-call delivery drivers who will use our vehicles to drive anywhere from Port Huron to Toledo to Grand Rapids to Detroit and everywhere in between. Drivers take one or multiple VIP deliveries to various locations. Must have excellent driving record and no felonies.

We will be hiring for our busy holiday season. Earn extra money working in a fast-paced environment. Part time holiday help is needed in all areas:  Banquet Chefs, Prep Cooks, Dishwashers, Catering Staff and Drivers. The positions will begin after Thanksgiving and will run through Christmas.
